- The item does not match the description or images shown at the time of purchase
What is NOT covered:
- Change of mind after 3 days of delivery
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories (if applicable)
- Requests made after the 3-day window has passed
2. How to Report an Issue
If you receive a broken, wrong, or defective item, please follow these steps within 3 days of delivery:

- Provide your order number and proof of purchase
- Attach clear photos or a short video of the item showing the issue (and the packaging, if damaged during shipping)
